This is a beautiful hand-woven pure wool Seneh kilim from West Persia. The rug is made from sheep wool and features a flower design. The kilim is 153 x 108 cm in size and is approximately 45 years old.
The rug is in great condition for its age. There are some colour imperfections that only add to the rug's character. The pattern of the kilim follows squared grid and is a powerful tool bringing attention and attraction. Ideally would be a masterpiece on the wall, though for very clean households it can lay on the bed or floor.
