LAGA
This rug is hand-woven in Markazi, Persia, in the mid-19th century. It is a semi-antique rug and one of the most beautiful rugs in our collection.
LAGA, meaning well and spring in Nordic mythology, is a perfect rug for a unique space. The rug is characterized by its silky bird designs, which are reminiscent of the rebirth of nature. The rug is also made from fine wool and has been knotted with symmetric Turkish (40Raj).
